www.faqs.org/patents/app/20140243530basically it allows for faster and more efficient production of the "carrier". This has to be what Al was referring to and I think it is a significant event for the company as it would reduce production costs ( less time and waste). Thoughts?

Well, what is not really disputable according to the patent application is the time and yield improvement with the catalysis of the carrier.
I am not sure if they can legally say anything about this, and if they are not allowed to why would you blame them. Blame the law for restricting what they can say. I am not a fan of watching my gains go up in smoke since all the news about approval and partnership, but I find comfort in knowing that it is always darkest before the dawn.
