I remember another one of these way back and it was about the Sanofi settlement or agreement.

Just looks like a perfunctory 3 year extension of whatever was made confidential 3 years ago.

I remember a similar confidential agreement with Sanofi also and we all know how well that worked out for MNKD shareholders.

Things changed at the top at Sanofi between the time that agreement would have been made and the time the wheels came off the bus.

I think top-level management at UTHR is probably a bit more stable.

I believe the confidential one with Sanofi is still intact too because they extended that one twice.
