Makes no sense to me as it was only a few years ago MNKD moved from Danbury CT to California. sounds like ping-pong. added, although, perhaps the lease is up and with global warming, perhaps CT is sounding better. FIRE. |

MC referred to his headquarters in Danbury during his HC Wainwright presentation yesterday and I heard him say it in another presentation. It may just be a terminology not to say Mannkind cant have 2 headquarters.

Based o Mike's opinions on snow and cold in his recent podcast appearance...see Afrezza in Blogs and other Social Media - Bolus Maximus podcast, and his favored outlook on warmer temps and sports cars, I highly doubt he's interested in moving the operation to CT. Sounds more like they're just a bi-coastal company, with favorable international trade treatment for exports from Danbury, when applicable.

MC downsized from a massive facility to the current offices in California, and considering Covid pushed most if not all staff to work remotely, shedding the current offices in CA might not be out of the realm of possibilities. Danbury is massive and certainly could house whatever staff is needed.

As per SEC Filings on 12/27/21 Mannkinds principal executive offices were in Danbury Ct. VS 11/09/21 filing showing them in California.
Looks like Kevinmik may indulge in speculation and rumors but thoroughly reads filings as well. I would believe this change would be worth a notable mention in our upcoming quarterly

They are in Westlake.
They are doing a lot of hiring in Danbury, I assumed for TrepT …. Etc.

Posted on StockTwits: Keeportrade Bullish 06:33 PM $MNKD Reading posts about Headquarters for MNKD now being in Danbury. It is shown that way on the last SEC filing in December - although, the line below that, asking for the prior headquarters address, if there was an address change since the last filing, was not shown. The November SEC filing showed headquarters in CA. Not far into the opening of MC’s, H.C. Wainwright Conference Call, he states that MNKD’s headquarters is in Danbury with a satellite office in CA. Not sure whether it is really a satellite office or if it is just a dual headquarters situation. Interesting. Guess we will be hearing more about that from MC at some point.

Kevin may have been right about His interpretation of a document or a conference call (I’ve always said he’s great at research) but it does not count as “getting one right for the first time because those are predictions we are talking about and he has never predicted anything correctly. Lol. Yes I know I give them a hard time but for eight years at nauseum. 🙂 |
