The SP of MNKD has been intentionally manipulated on the low side for years so the short game could be played with impunity; shorts have literally gotten wealthy riding the storm that is MNKD. MC and the BOD have done nothing to create shareholder value...NOTHING! I think the plan all along was to get the company viable on paper but keep the SP in the dirt until their plan is ready to be activated. Imagine if they split the company into core technologies and sold those off individually with today's SP of <$3...sure beats working the same plan if the SP was $25 because those who have manipulated are the same ones buying. Who are they? Well they have been embedded at MNKD (and on the BOD) and it's easy to see Amgen and Medtronic circling the cadaver. Imagine they get the spoils for pennies and when they grab their prizes the SP rockets. Talk about a win-win. It makes one think about who wrote that citizen's warning to the FDA. Well, one might ask, what about that $105Mil that United placed with the FDA to gain three months to market? I guess the retort would be: "$105Mil is not much compared to what is gained if the fore mentioned agenda is accurate." You have to spend $ to make $ and that goes for legal and illegal plans of action. There is much more here than above the board, honest, transparent business morals that should exist but never did. You consider the following and than look to their investors and find Vanguard and Blackrock the biggest that's because they are on the same team. Oh, by the way, retail investors are considered useless eaters, peasants if you will but the peons have contributed to their coffers for years thinking they (we) had a chance. We still do. HOLD and piss 'em off!

Love reading this board. Are you not entertained?
the consistent theme is Shareholder value hasn’t been created at all. This company is trash but let’s be super heroes and fight the power by not selling any shares. Lets show em who is boss.

Definitely entertaining. mikesmilitaria's scenario might seem farfetched, but no more so than those who have pushed a narrative of "handoff crew, the shorts are stuck" and "reverse split was a power move of strength" and other such nonsense. mikesmilitaria said above that "shorts have literally gotten wealthy riding the storm that is MNKD" and on that point there can be no argument. mike i hope you're also correct that we retail investors still have a chance. And yes, some of us are still holding but i doubt it's really pissing anybody off much.

IMO...Blame needs to remain with the likely corruption and collusion of BP and the FDA. While shorts have certainly done well, it's small potatoes compared to the multi-billion dollar diabetes and pulmonary drug industries at stake.

Who is they? The price is reflection of two FDA delays. MNKD has no other positive incoming events other than UTHR partners approval.

Shorts prey on companies they assess are weak.
Retail investors who have mistakenly put their money into a weak company and do not accept they’ve made a mistake, blame it all on manipulation.

So the atmosphere from some of us longs appears to be disappointment and giving up on mnkd. If lqda gets favorable ruling from the court in March and FDA approval that could be the end of mnkd and UTHR partnership. Am I way off on my assumption?

UTHR is not going to give up on a partnership and billions of potential revenue bc there is a competitor.

I don't know if it would be the end of the partnership, I thot Mnkd signed a 10 year contract with UTHR.. but lqda maybe gets to market first .. ... My beef is there is too many games and stall tactics going on.. who knows what else will happen... What if it's delayed again? Just seems like there is more to this story!! For UT it's not such a big deal, but it's killing Mnkd. If for some reason the partnership fell apart that would be catastrophic..
