When do you guys think United / MNKD will make the next molecule partnership announcement ? Great question. No idea. Headed for 21 million shares traded, but I'm guessing many of those shares being traded are borrowed to try to keep the lid on. Still haven't found an official announcement. My guess is the volume would be even greater on the buy side if that was available. |

A wild guess is that this approval may put other actions in motion that were sitting idle waiting on this approval. It could be the announcement of the next molecule but it could also be a buy-in by UTHR or even a buy-out of the TS sector that specifically relates to lung indications. IMO, the potential of what was just approved is big enough that UTHR will eventually want total control. Whether that's something that's already been negotiated or something that is negotiated later is of course unknown. It's possible they continue forever under the announced agreement but that rarely stays intact. I'm not even going to suggest a bigger scenario that could involve a third company like say AMGEN. Just wanted to make the point that more news could be coming. Just enjoying the speculation.

MNKD volume at the half day of trade. real time, 3,055,410 shares. summary, 3,002,143 Avg. Volume 3,554,057 $3.40. +0.21 (+6.58%) As of 12:45PM EDT. Market open. Break & hold $3.50 I see $4.20 in peppy 's near future 😉👍🏻 Former support, latter resistance...should negotiate and hold, clearing 200d and moving on from here. This time when she hits $6-7 it will be with fundamental support, not some "pipe" dream....anyone see or hear from Matt lately 🤷🏻♂️😉 |

FWIW, I noticed just before the close (on CNBC's MNKD 1-day chart) today that about 52K shares had traded at or near 10:47 AM, with a spike to $4.18. That seems suspicious since it wasn't until 1:45 PM that the doors really blew off going from $3.66 to $4.25 during that minute, never to return to the 3's again. Even more interesting is that now that $4+ spike from this morning does not show up on the CNBC chart, nor on the NASDAQ website for listed trades during that period. I would attribute this to being just a mistake in the system, except I also see an anomaly in my trading account (e-trade) showing that the May 27 $5.5 Calls are currently in a Halt status: "Trading has been temporarily halted in this security". This causes me to think that the SEC could be reviewing whether someone traded on inside info this morning, and proceeded to trade on it. As usual they probably "didn't", since that would be illegal, LOL  |

The almost 5 YEAR Cup and handle formation has been completed as of today. Wow! The cup is followed by the handle that turns down to low point and then shoots up from there. Beautiful double bottom at 2.50 and then It blew through the downward trajectory of the handle and basically the formation is over. Once it passes 6.30, lookout, it's gone. Be interesting if Mannkind and United have any surprises as today's news riverberates around the investment community. Tyvaso DPI is a great medicine that will help quite a large community that continues to grow due to covid. Congratulations everyone it has been a long road to haul.
