What Happens to the pps Following a FDA Ruling in May?

A new poll has been requested by several. This seems like a good idea to pass the time. It will be interesting to see if and how much sentiments have changed since the prior poll that saw 84 votes. This is especially true since the initial expectation date for the FDA ruling was "by summer of 2022". This was followed by a surprise announcement that an early ruling would come in March...which saw the delay back to the original expectation date.
