Hey, know what would be nice? if us shareholders got free shares, too. I believe these are employee purchase plan shares, not free. This was a special executive only plan.

Employees purchase plan, does that mean there is no pending news of another partnership or second molecule collaboration with UTHR?

These are executive stock options that were exercised.

These are executive stock options that were exercised. This is incorrect. As previously mentioned, it was employee stock purchase plan. This is clearly noted on the Form 4.

Employees purchase plan, does that mean there is no pending news of another partnership or second molecule collaboration with UTHR? As the employee stock purchase plan is systematic, it would not preclude news of a key event. As a side note, key employees that are not executives or directors may also be participating, however, their purchases do not have to be reported through an SEC filing.

A rule of thumb is that you should always buy stock offered through an ESPP since they are sold at a discount to the stock price - it's free money. Buy and sell immediately. If you are an executive you may not be able to sell though because of trading policy and the proximity of the results.

I think there is confusion regarding executive stock options compensation vs an ESPP. Send an email or make a phone call to MNKD investors relations and get the real scoop.

Hey, know what would be nice? if us shareholders got free shares, too. A stock split now?

Hey, know what would be nice? if us shareholders got free shares, too. A stock split now? Brilliant idea. MNKD could do another reverse split, 1:2. Then everyone who thought we would be at $8 by the end of the year would be correct. But why stop there, if they do a 1:25 reverse split we will have landed at the magical $100 mark and I can exit! I look forward to your letters.
