Maybe mnkd bought vgo so that lqda couldn't buy it. That's always a possibility and with the new find on Sub-Q for Remodulin it looks more like a very real "possibility" they decided to by V-Go. My bet they've been looking at it for a while.

That's always a possibility and with the new find on Sub-Q for Remodulin it looks more like a very real "possibility" they decided to by V-Go. My bet they've been looking at it for a while. If you look at Remodulin the dosing is weight specific and ramped up. V-Go delivers a fixed basal dose because the delivery is set by the spring strength in manufacturing (why the V0Go only have 3 dosing rates). This is not going to work for a variably dosed drug like Remodulin, I don't think it even works well for insulin. You can have 20u, 30u, or 40u basal. If your basal is 36u like mine then you can either underdose and drift high, or overdose and drift low. You will notice that most at nights so best adjust your diet to fit. Also, 40u is not a lot of basal for a Type 2 with insulin resistance so you are going to have to cover part of your basal with boluses which is problematic on sick days.
