Thanks. It has been such a long journey. This time I think the price rise should be on a solid foundation. We know UTHR has solid news on Tyvaso DPI. Hopefully Mike has other good news and we should see some ABC results. and harryx1 charts are posted. Thank you kippyt The trajectory is up. The trajectory for share price is a quick double and then we see. That is my story and I am sticking to it. With pictures, lines, circles and arrows. It turns out these charts I post refresh, Look at the monthly, the 100 month sitting on MNKD price, like a hat on a head, Look left, $5,59 and then $6,25. It won't take too much head scratching to figure out Mannkind's revenue number after United has their earnings call. Maybe for us it will take a little while but not for the big boys.
So there is one more trading day after today before earnings.

This is reminding me of an old fashion share price earnings run up. MNKD Nasdaq real time volume, 3,059,013 shares. MNKD Nasdaq summary volume, 3,024,342 Avg. Volume 3,800,986 $5.63. +0.26 (+4.84%) MNKD Charts daily, schrts.co/xWcsWxiQ. The daily looks good. All lines pointing up. Weekly, schrts.co/yNdsyCMj. The weekly, price coming out of the two year consolidation, all lines pointing up. Point of triangle break out the larger more powerful faster break out price movement just above. Monthly. schrts.co/AubVFdiA. This price chart picture is perfect. $5.90, $12.00 and then we continue, when we continue, share price will climb that wedge, look left.. My .02 worth. The swing low of January 19 we closed at $4.52. The last 22 trading days, including today's close at $5.63, our average trading volume has been below the 20D trend of 2.57M shares per day, for 18 of those 22 days. Yet, again...we are rising up in share price under quiet accumulation as we have increased our SP from that swing low +24.57% ($1.11) without making any noise. The 21D average true range indicator (ATR) has only moved .02 cents during this 22 day trading period meaning volatility has been muted during this activity. We close today, remaining above the 50D, 100D and 200D moving averages. A great trend signaling the continuation of this move. peppy "The trend is your friend." I’m nervous that the stock price is running up into earnings then sell off like it has in the past.
If I sell short term coved calls, I could catch the dip if there is one. With my luck there will be no dip after earnings. Does anyone else sell short term covered calls around earnings release?

This lead into earnings sure doesn't seem comparable to anything we've seen in the past. Last I looked, the average revenue estimate of 6 analysts was $35M yet posts here would have us believe it could easily top $50M for the quarter. We should have a good idea after UTHR reports. If so, it's hard to imagine a dip until a few days after earnings when some amount of temporary enthusiasm always fades. Where it tops out before the dip is the really big question IMO. Boca, you know as much as anyone about this company so best of luck with your decision!

I’ll wait to see what happens after UT announces earnings. Would only do this on a portion of my holdings. Don’t really have more $ to buy on a dip. |

Extremely successful. Will it work again this time? It’s like being at a craps table on a hot streak, feeling like you have the game figured out… but that next roll could go either way. |
