Good point that the SEC may not allow it yet we often hear CEO's like Elon Musk saying something along the line of, we expect to double sales this year. Regardless, I agree with others that we won't hear advanced estimated earnings but am still anxious to hear something positive tomorrow.

While that would be nice, not sure via SEC rules that would be ok for them to do. Actually, if the news would be considered "material" information of importance to investors, companies are permitted to file an 8-K describing the information. I doubt it will happen because while that is permitted, it isn't clear it would be required, and as noted MNKD tends not to make announcements.
What's up with the after hours trading?

Yes, that is true of news that would be considered "material" information of importance to investors, Indeed, companies are permitted to file an 8-K describing the information. No doubt, investors would love it. Whatever happens, it’s so good to see MNKD back at the conference… the exposure - marketing opp in itself is great.

That would be good though I can't recall them ever doing that. Maybe MC could at least throw out some positive language about it. I am sure there's some news coming up, but it won't be guidance/preliminary quarterly results. They've never done it, won't start now You have DXCM and TNDM announcing preliminary “unaudited” results so why not MNKD?? |

I can tell you again but obviously you're not satisfied with the answer, but it won't change: Because they have never given guidance, and won't do it now. Maybe once we have consistent and maybe somewhat foreseeable revenue this could change, but this will be a while |

MNKD did give guidance once and missed badly a few years ago. They haven’t done it since.
When I asked the question (at a special stockholders meeting) about guidance they said they don’t plan to re-established it anytime in the foreseeable future.
