You guys begged for this. It's possible that MNKD buying ACOR is considered if the right price comes along. Some related facts: 1) Dr. Cohen (founder and CEO of ACOR) is 68 yo. 2) ACOR has prepared for reverse stock split to try to regain Nasdaq listing. "In November 2022, Acorda stockholders approved a reverse stock split, which can be utilized by the Company to regain compliance with the listing requirements for the Nasdaq Global Select Market." finance.yahoo.com/news/acorda-therapeutics-reports-fourth-quarter-120000095.html3) L Sabella is hired by MNKD. 4) 42 miles from Ardsley,NY to Danbury, CT. 5) Acor market cap is $14M, which is much smaller than MNKD. 6) ACOR's big product, Ampyra, is losing growth due to generic competition. 7) ACOR is losing money. But, ACOR SGA for 2022 was $106M. If SGA were halved after a buyout due to economy of scale, ACOR business would be profitable. |

Maybe this is a prelude to moving the HQ to Danbury, and then ultimately a transition to a new CEO? Just a thought. I hope we get news soon that there will be an in-person annual shareholders meeting. We are allowed to dream… And I know it’s been addressed here but I can’t recall the answer: why do we have the Westlake office still? I recall speculation that it could help with networking for new pipeline deals, since it’s in California. But our only deal is with UTHR, an east coast company, so that possible reason hasn’t panned out. Is the Westlake office needed for any good reason? Regardless, glad to see the new person will be in Danbury. |

From a company/shareholder perspective I still question if the value of two headquarters equals the cost? |

All of the guys and gals living out in Westlake area have rooted lives, families and social networks. For some reason people still desire to live there (you couldn’t pay me to live in CA).
