OK - I looked. As of 4/3/2023 Mike has 2,030,128 shares which he owns. investors.mannkindcorp.com/node/18866/htmlI think thats a lot of good reasons to want to find someone who can actually make some deals and get things rolling. Mike is both a smart guy and nice guy but for seven years Mike has been doing the rope-a-dope and has not thrown a punch. Hope springs eternal and we know we have the greatest advance in diabetes care since Banting and Best but every quarter we hope for next quarter. Yeah, next quarter will be the one but for seven years nothing. I will give Mike credit for answering the phone when Martine called but I know most phones can also be used to make outgoing calls. IDK, I would think at this point Mike would be the first one looking for his replacement. 2M shares at $100+ pps is a pretty great reason to want to get someone in there that can make it happen. |

The stock price is being suppressed for one reason and one reason only. IT'S STOCK OPTION TIME. After the Annual Shareholder's Meeting and BOD Meeting the S-4's will be issued and everyone will be getting a nice chunk of LOW PRICED Stock Options. It happens every year. |
