maybe Mike thought the price would be higher by now for the trade .
He might be just a “ LITTLE EARLY “
With that said could he have killed the trade .. how does it work ?
does he have to exercise it.

Price was good enough for sell when you get it for free. Wait he's getting more free shares. I would sell to knowing more shares will be given to me. 400 million shares to divide among c-suits.

He owns no shares. Form 3. The initial filing is on Form 3. It must be filed within ten days of becoming an officer, director, or 10%+ beneficial owner. |

If I recall correctly, Binder recently bought a bunch of shares, and Mike mentioned during one of the recent speaking engagements (might have been the last earnings report) that Form 4s were going to be coming and gave as an explanation that some amount of shares get sold for tax purposes (I think). So, the fact that the Form 4s happened was not a surprise at the very least.
