Spiro is still alive after using Afrezza for over 8 1/2 years. His A1c continues to range between 6.4 and 6.6. Fasting Glucose has increased to around 135. Spiro's doctor still can't figure out, why most insurance companies will not cover Afrezza. It's sad to see the scripts so low. Spiro still owns a few shares, but hddn't checked out the board for a while and didn't know MNKD has a patch.

Glad to hear that Afrezza has been working so well for you.  I may be needing Afrezza soon if my efforts at an improved diet and exercise don’t help slow down the rise in my blood sugars.

Spiro welcome back! Can you provide a recap of your years on afrezza? When you started there were a lot of concerns around long term lung damage. What has been your experience? There are also some people who report building up an immunity to afrezza. Any thoughts on that?
