UTHR is legit. The street probably assigns little to no value to the RLS collaboration. We’ve stopped pushing Afrezza. If Afrezza can make a comeback - ok, comeback isn’t the right word - or if VDEX can make Afrezza successful; and/or if RLS actually materializes, then shorts might decide to make their orderly exit. If VDEX could make Afrezza successful we would already know..... The fact that it hasn't tells you everything you need to know If Bill didn’t feel like he could help make Afrezza the success it should be we wouldn’t be expanding. That tells you everything you need to know:-) After all what you said is just like saying Mike/Mannkind would’ve already made it a success if they could have. But they are going on with pediatric, that tells you everything you need to know also.

Time to open another VDex channel.. the 3 (or 4??) we already have are obviously not enough..
I think in the real world the 10 top prescribers of Afrezza still report growing numbers! Mannkind might not sell Afrezza as fast as some here dream, but it will get there.. While I look forward to the sales numbers tomorrow I am not sure what they really indicate as the world after Corona will be different. And green numbers for Mannkind by 2023 are still possible even so the reason for that seems shifitng.

If Mannkind is going to move Afrezza forward it is going to be through a dedicated clinic that understands the drug and how to get it approved by patients. Prove me wrong! Endo's don't have or take time to understand it. Dr. Mann was right when he said it is the best insulin to treat diabetes.

If Afrezza was covered by health insurance ENDO's would take time to understand it. Just sayin. (If there was money in it, they would take the weekend course. There I fixed it for myself.)

What’s really disheartening is there is a real shortage of Endo’s and a real shortage of Endo’s who enjoy treating diabetes. More insurance coverage would definitely help but I don’t think it’s the root cause.

Allow me to enlighten your senses for your lack of sophistication be known far and wide. Rather than dabble in such mediocrity allow me to take you right to the source and bedazzle you with the brilliance of Mr. Hugh Marsh. Knowing you require the merest elaboration on the performance, please pay particular attention to the call of the guitar and the response of the violin.

And when "Bill" has a "clinic"/location/desk everywhere or however you describe this expansion, and they drives the majority of sales, I'll agree with you. Afrezza will only be a success when endos prescribe it, A LOT, period. Your comparison is flawed at best, intellectually dishonest at worst. What I suggest is that if it could make Afrezza successful, we would see it in the numbers, and we don't. Unless you have data showing otherwise....and if so, please share.

Endo's don't have or take time to understand it. Dr. Mann was right when he said it is the best insulin to treat diabetes. And you might very well be right, it seems pretty evident that Vdex is a wonderful advocate to a wonderful product, and please note at no point did I say otherwise. What does "moving Afrezza forward" even means? You're of the belief that there is one path and one path alone, and the business model you describe suggests that we need dedicated clinics everywhere. I am not in 5th grade and have nothing to prove, but unless I am completely missing the mark, endos are still the ones prescribing. We may be frustrated with the lack of awareness, lack of interest/time from said endos to learn about this product, or desire to get their patients well beyond the current lousy standard of care, etc, but to think you'll be able to bypass endos through a dedicated system in order to MAKE AFREZZA succesful (which was my original comment), is simply not an opinion I share.

More insurance coverage would definitely help but I don’t think it’s the root cause. I very much agree with that thought, hopefully the company can find a way to incentivize those physicians, in adopting a drug that is a true market disruptor. That is not an easy task, as we all know.
