Depends on what you mean by "accounting wizardry" but the answer is technically yes, and it doesn't appear anything illegal was done so any wizardry by Binder was within the rules. Was it healthy, hopefully so but time will be the judge of that.

And we have done it, finally our share price has descended to where MTOI says it’s worth buying. Perhaps MTOI will buy some of the shares our ceo is personally releasing onto the open market. I’m wondering how low we need to go before our execs deem it a buy.
