How are mnkd sales reps paid?

In most industries, sales reps have a low base salary and the rest is based on sales. Do our reps get paid for each doctor visit? Do they get a commission for each rx filled? Obviously they need to and deserve to make a decent living. And mnkd has to pay them well or they will work somewhere else. Are they costing us more than they are contributing to the company?

I guess the afrezza and vgo reps are getting base pay and bonuses. They are not like car salespeople or real estate agents who get most of their income from sales commissions.

Is that the same pay a person in the House of Representatives get?

I remember at the last in-person annual shareholder meeting in New York, Mike introduced one of the salespersons. She spoke and was very, very passionate about Mannkind.
