I mean, that’s some serious grammar nerd material. I was with gorman on this (whom) but mayday breaking out an obscure exception to the rule. Respect.

In this case who/whom is neither subject nor object of the verb. It is the object of the preposition. Who/whom works like he/him or she/her.
For example with a preposition, "the book was written by him."

Interesting group here. Grammar is not my strong point, obviously. I liked the rules presented by both mayday and clement because they both seemed to agree on the result (who not whom in this instance) and both were easier to remember than anything I recall from junior high school English. (At least I think they agreed!?!!)

If I was going to ask a question at the virtual ASM this year it would be, “Are you ever going to have another in-person ASM and if so, when?”.

I am good with a virtual meeting. It seems impractical to do otherwise. I have the time but cant see the benefit to in person.

My business experience is in-person allows you a much richer experience in terms of things you can ask and learn about that aren't possible in the more formal virtual setting. Plus, I'd kind of like to meet a few of the other investors.

There is nothing better than being in the room and watching the nuances of the presentation and the subtle looks and glances which speak volumes.

Attended the in-pers AGM a few years ago and saw the 3rd dosage packaging (12 units) either on an internal video or by looking at the lines that were running (don't remember which possibly due to too many Negronis). The point being that the new dose cartridge had not yet been publicly announced.
Always enjoyed the opportunity to meet in person with other Proboards members for dinner the night before, breakfast at Panera's or Lunch following.
Regards,
OOG

As expected, each of the 3 votes passed. Mike's comments seemed very brief, and he grouped the shareholder questions into just a few groups, which seemed to yield less-specific answers. FWIW, Mike seemed (to me anyway) distracted and/or slightly nervous, unlike the confident tone of his other recent presentations.

Based on the fact that the shareholder's meeting was virtual again this year, I'll speculate the ASM isn't one of Mike's most favorite things.

He would have to hear and answer our questions and not just "bundle" into questions he has made up. This is the guy who brought in Damon Dash so he did not have to answer questions. I think I predicted he would once again "bundle" questions as he did the same thing last year.

A 14 minute ASM, virtual or not, is embarrassingly low effort.
