Looks like they're stock awards to a number of people. All the same number of shares (35,047) and all Acquired.

There's several classes of awards. Some are options for 35,047 shares for directors. Others are direct stock grants (129,000) as well as options (158,000) for the c-suite. Binder gets 287,000 shares on his way out. Possibly if he paid the option price for 158k, or that was included in his "quitting bonus"?
All together it's several million shares counting both options and shares

On the en market they are. They were worth 1 cent when they were issued. The compensation committee decides on the salaries and bonuses, not the people getting paid. I’m not a fan of dilution and I hope that MNKD, like UTHR, does a stock buyback program at some point, and I would be fine if more of the compensation was paid with cash.
