Any concerns from the board on RFK's impact on the FDA and with so many things MNKD has lined up that will go through them? I don't take that's he a fan of drug companies or the FDA themselves, worried if an overhall is coming how does that effect MNKD timeline. If he is given that kind of power, you gotta think change is coming an it will impact MNKD is someway.

Bobby loves afrezza. A major focus of his will be conic diseases with childhood diabetes right near the top of the list. If Bobby can get early treatment of T2 diabetes including exercise and diet and have afrezza stop the progression and potentially reverse it, it then feeds into Musk's goal of reducing Medicare costs with less heart disease and diabetes costs.

My diet drug is a few extra minutes on my treadmill, works like a charm for me. |

Treadmill or bike works for me too! The song used in the Ozempic TV commercial was originally a UK hit song in the mid 70s called "Magic" by a Scottish band named Pilot. And cheers to the working class🇺🇸 Not the same feeling here, my thoughts are right along the lines of his siblings. I worry he’ll want to extend testing and approval timelines on new drugs. I hope I’m wrong and would much prefer to be. |

If they/RFK is serious about lowering Obesity they need to STOP Allowing High Fructose Corn Syrup in our FOOD SUPPLY. If you back and look when HFCS went mainstream (mid '70's) that's when OBESITY started to RISE. I was in Italy last month and most of Europe has BANNED HFCS in their FOOD SUPPLY and their obesity rates are MUCH LOWER than the US. But you have the LOBBYISTS pushing it because it's CHEAP and EASY to make. This should be RFK's first priority!!! |

I learned about high-fructose corn syrup from my wife, who does not allow me to purchase any foodstuff with that in it (for her to eat.)

Likely make T2 totally disappear or become extremely rare... if it applies to when someone first becomes prediabetic rather than waiting for the diabetes diagnosis. |

The last I checked Bobby is not a CCP official. There is more to diabetes than being fat and lazy and even bad food. Only 30% of the obese have diabetes. About 10% of lean adults have T2 diabetes and interesting is in the US, the prevalence of T2D among "lean" adults increased by nearly 20% between 2015 and 2020. There is more to this than taking a walk and losing a few pounds. Now, the #1 cause of heart disease is diabetes. Taking a walk and losing a few pounds is great but sometimes adding afrezza in addition is a better option. I think Mike Castagna is a case in point. |

I learned about high-fructose corn syrup from my wife, who does not allow me to purchase any foodstuff with that in it (for her to eat.) I have a Pediatric Endo friend and she says IT'S THE DEVIL. She sees more and more kids (Under 14) dealing with Diabetes and Obesity. She can't wait for Afrezza to be approved. |
