Ditto from Spiro. Today is always a great day, but tomorrow can be very costly. My wife is currently studying over a 10 inch stack of Black Friday ads. I did make an unsuccessful attempt to slow her down, by telling her, " Honey, the Ferguson Rioters want us to Boycot Black Friday shopping." BTW, it's -48 degrees in Siberia today and we are still in November.

Spiro, Live from St. Louis I can tell you that the Ferguson folks have been going store to store trying to rile up shoppers. The Missouri National Guard's seem to have it under control. We will see how it goes this morning with shoppers at the stores in the St. Louis area. I do not think they will stop black Friday from being a successful retail day. Ditto from Spiro. We had a good bit of protest activity in LA the last few days. Lots of overtime being earned by the police, so I have a feeling the police don't mind this at all, as it hasn't gotten out of hand. And then I heard that one stoppage of a freeway yesterday were people protesting over the mass killing of turkeys for the holiday. I remain convinced that vegetables scream silently when yanked out of the ground, although fruit trees probably don't mind their burdens being lifted when picked.

Yeah - I could swear that parsnip was screaming at me yesterday.

Entire cultures are wiped out with every bowl of yogurt you eat. Genocide!

And I've been waiting half my life for a waiter to drop a plate of hummus so I could yell out, "hummuscide." Still waiting.
