Ok so I know where this is going. The speculation path down the mdt SNY mnkd road. Since I'm not very interested in if, I.e if it happens great, otherwise ok. I do my DD based on percentages and frankly this idea is so far out there Id rather not entertain it. Anyway, we know there is one line up. We know that three lines are built. We know CMC either just happened or will happen soon. We know production capabilities, we know why the milestone line item sits where it does. We know there are $75mil manuf milestones left and we know the rest are sales and intl approval milestones. If you look at what is actually redacted in the 10Q, you'll see it all pertains to cost structuring, cogs, pricing, anticipated demand, and milestone structure. And yes, it's redacted for competitive reasons. That is beside the point of my question. 4 months and we know production started in Nov. (Personally I believe earlier) and there might be reasons for redactions. So again, in the past 4 months what have we learned DIRECTLY from SNY and/or MNKD? We learned that SNY fired the CEO, And people was getting kick backs from the sales team. |

Lines 2 and 3 have been finished and are now awaiting FDA inspection and approval. We need to be more concerned about why there isn't any noise about lines 4 to 12 yet.

We learned about technosphere board meeting decisions in nov and feb. We learned there is an asset contractor helping narrow down the field. We learned that several key positions were filled inside MNKD and SNY regarding production, marketing, and sales, and of course we learned that SNY wants an olive skinned woman with good hands in her 30s-40s to do a web commercial.

We learned about technosphere board meeting decisions in nov and feb. We learned there is an asset contractor helping narrow down the field. We learned that several key positions were filled inside MNKD and SNY regarding production, marketing, and sales, and of course we learned that SNY wants an olive skinned woman with good hands in her 30s-40s to do a web commercial. I had to laugh and I am sure you meant it that way based on your last sentence. Not a lot of info in 4 months, is it? And Spiro brings up a good point about the # of lines. I will let this go! And Yes, as someone mentioned, you are right where I was going with this! |

My point was more tongue in cheek. We don't know some, we definitely don't know all, but we know a good deal. I invested in a company that I believe I've done good DD with. I'm a chem e, I understand the science, I know the chemistry. I trust (by investing my own money) that SNY and MNKD will do what is necessary, which may include a lack of information, and I'm ok with that. Imo it's not some secret master plan like some hypothethize, if it happened then great but that's not why I'm here.
Ya it's neat to try to connect the secret dots, but that doesn't raise the real pps day to day, especially when fundamentally it doesn't make much sense.

There is more coming and we will know when it'st time. Even the CIA can't keep a secret this well. I have said for months that SILENCE IS GOLDEN and i beleive that we will see something in the short term within 12 months. Back in August I said it was 18 to 24 months but since its now almost 6 months later I am still predicting before the end of 2015 or 4th Quarter next year if not sooner we will have had an investment by SNY into MannKind or a buyout.
