I just confirmed with Roberta from IR that the annual shareholder meeting will be on May 21, 2015 in DANBURY, CT......... Not good for me since I live in Santa Clarita.

I feel privileged to have been at the last annual meeting in Danbury in 2010. That may have been the last chance to get a tour of the plant. Of course I've been paying for it ever since. But I live nearby, so I will be there again.

Most likely Al Mann will spin off Afrezza (Ticker AFZA). AFZA will be acquired by Sanofi few years later for an all stock offer.
The MNKD longs will live happily ever after with SNY dividends.

Make sure your airfare's are refundable in case it never happens because there is no symbol MNKD anymore (for the best of reasons) .....that was the dream Rip had during that long nap  ....also the last road trip with "the boys" to last year's meeting was enough...empty Monster cans, etc. all over the place, and we won't even talk about what happened in my driveway....can't even imagine what the trip to Danbury would be like sheesh! |

I am thinking of flying back but..... Hakan talking about the embarrassment of riches, Afrezza launch will be soon, TS opportunities are still being explored, shareholders will be happy one day soon. Maybe ill pass & listen in!

Spiro will be there if Ashiwi goes. It's a good luck thing. We met at a KOSP shareholder meeting in Miami. The rest is history. If the launch goes as well as we expect, MNKD will need a large ballroom and a Greek band to host that meeting.
