Summary of the healthy stuff:
Red wine Blueberries (wild variety better than cultured) Oatmeal (natural, slow cooking kind better than "instant" style) Dark Chocolate (I use one square, about 10 g, of Lindt 85% dark chocolate per day) Peanut butter (the natural variety made from JUST peanuts, not processed) Other nuts (walnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, hazelnuts all low salt no added oils)

avogadro... and, Whole fruits Greens, especially the ones that are a bit bitter Seaweed Variety of other vegetables (mixing both raw and cooked) Avocado Olive and grape seed oil Fatty fish, preferable wild caught and not too far up on food chain Fermented things... yogurt (not loaded with sugar or artificial sweetners), sauerkraut, kimchi, a good hoppy micro brew, unfiltered sake Herbs and spices
