Billions? I don't see it having anything to do with Afrezza. It's whatever Regeneron and Sanofi were cooking up.

Sorry.. bad phrasing on my part. I meant to say it doesn't have anything significant to add to Afrezza. Certainly not Billions worth advertising like the title seemed to suggest.

I think poorneil secretly wants to be the guy who markets Afrezza. He's a bit jealous, then, of this other company. Sanofi will do a professional job in marketing, they have been doing it for years.

I like the fact that MannKind is tied into the mix with Regeneron and Sanofi. The advertising agency has a powerful resume of clients.
But it let me speculate there might be more. Last fall I made the comment that MannKind would fit nicely owned by REGN or Genzyme. MannKind would make a great buyout target for Regeneron since Sanofi owns about 30% of Regeneron. It would be really interesting if that occurred as REGN is a cash rich company and they would be able to fully develop the Technosphere platform that Mannkind has. No matter what happens Mannkind would fit well in Sanofi, the GENZYME division of Sanofi or Regeneron.

guesstimate Base on the comment of our CFO stating the ROYALTIES from AFREZZA sales could be something in the middle 20tes. Considering a fair value of 25%.
Facts: Afrezza sales 1Q = $ 1000,0000
Assumption: Royalties 25% of Afrezza sales -> $250,000 as Profit (ROI)

According to Symphony data , Afrezza sales should have been $675,641 (cumulative Sales from WK1-WK10) Interesting is to denote the Sanofi Sales $1,000,000 > Symphony Sales $675,641 And we all know Sanofi is making use of the CTO permission i.e the real sales numbers are higher this because a soft launch Strategy
Some may asking why are Toujeo sales high but read carefully, it is mentioned: "Sales of the product were €7 million in the first quarter which primarily reflected wholesaler demand in advance of the launch."

Incidentally, if it hasn't been mentioned, Arnold does the Progressive Insurance commercials - you know, with Flo? Now I have to tell the story. ----- After I had answered his initial inquiry about what condoms were for (I think I mentioned pregnancy and STDs) my grandson noticed that condoms came in different size boxes and asked what each size was for. I explained: 3-packs are for high school kids: 1 for Fridays, 1 for Saturdays and 1 for Sundays. 6-packs are for college kids: 1 for Monday-Saturday (Sundays are for cramming their study assignments) 12-packs are for married men: 1 for January, 1 for February, 1 for March...
