MannKind Corp. (NASDAQ: MNKD) dropped about 7.6% on Thursday to post a new 52-week low of $4.23 after closing at $4.58 on Wednesday. The stock’s 52-week high is $11.48. Share volume was about 70% above the daily average of around 5.4 million shares traded. The company’s Afrezza drug continues to see declining sales.

Certainly looks like a straight up lie. If I felt like being generous I would say the reporter is conflating Sanofi's overall portfolio result with Afrezza sales.
Even computed the decline using an intraday low rather than the close in order to inflate the size of the number. Not that it matters much - still hurts.

That rag trash is written by someone who doesn't even use English as their primary language. It feels like that site grabs anything AF writes, puts it through a English To Chinese translator, then scrambles random letters, then reverses it thru a Chinese to English translator and hits "publish"

I think this is one of those sites that just pulls out news tidbits into its template and stitches them up into an 'article'. I believe I saw another one of similar style a few weeks ago that mentioned Afrezza being due for FDA review later this year.

Journalistic standards, when it comes to reports about investing and the stock market are, in general, so low they are underwater. Either the writers are robots, or they have no problem with putting their name on half truths as long as they can collect a paycheck from their employers. Chris C

continues ?? It was "clearly" the First earnings report of the history including Afrezza. But I have a question for You Americans ? Is it legal in Your country to publish "clear" false statement on a stock ?
