Spiro has been unsuccessfully searching for high Blood Glucose numbers for the past 4 days. Afrezza appears to show no mercy on high glucose numbers.
100 fasting 115 113 119 90 114 131 97 fasting 90 91 111 84 122 120 119 100 fasting 103 101 110 96 90 113 105 90 113 105 94 fasring 112 103 104
It looks like Spiro has made a successful recuperation from the cruise overindulgences.
Spiro here, How long can Endo's stay in denial?

endos will only have their epiphany once their they see first hand what Afrezza is capable of doing. And that means they have to Rx it to at least one patient. Unfortunately, there are going to be a lot of stubborn endos that won't do so unless a patient(s) demand it. That will take some time. The other scenario is that insurance companies realize that they are better off getting diabetics on Afrezza and move Afrezza to preferred status meaning that Endo's will have no choice but to Rx it. That would be a great scenario but I won't hold my breath that that will happen any time soon.

Good job spiro. For the record, though, there are people (Oscarlonzo aka Bearcrusher) who are still proposing that you're lying and making all your numbers up and seem quite interested in spreading that info around the internet.

Fugacity,
Spiro didn't know Oscarlonzo is an Endocrinologist. A lot of Endos appear to be having trouble interpreting what constitutes a good lab report.
Spiro here, not bothered by the foolish ones making noise.

Nice job Spiro.
I guess one could say Afrezza is the sidewinder missile used to blow high blood glucose readings out of the sky.
Maybe Stockton can make another ad featuring Spiro in an F15 with the Afrezza logos on the sidewinders showing him going out on a mission to destroy high blood glucose levels. Spiro, ask him to put a couple extra missiles on each wing for you to use as you deem fit...
Keep up the great work.

Spiro,
I'm glad that your numbers are back in order after your vacation. Those Pina Colada's raise cane with glucose levels and carry a lengthy shelf life apparently. You may want to check the latest Seeking Alpha piece authored by Robert Sacher. Bearcrusher and I had a correspondence thread regarding Spiro Afrezza over the weekend. There was some bloviating but I needed to tell it like it is regarding my T2 Afrezza blood brother.
Stay low (the BG #'s that is)

Thanks NC,
it's obvious that BearCrusher doesn't get it, don't let him bother you. Spiro did stop posting at Tudiabetes, He just didn't like that place too much. There were too many it's my way or the highway folks over there. He spent quite a few days reading that board, learned a lot and decided to move on. They know where to find me if they want to. The worst lingering affect from the cruise is the sprained right ankle caused by a cobble stone hole in Mykonos, Greece. It has severely slowed my exercise down. The Pina Colada issue has not been resolved, because Spiro bought a bottle of Pina Colada mix at the market the other day. Did you know 4 oz of that stuff has 53 grams of carbs and that doesn't include the Parrot Bay Coconut Rum and the 2 Maraschino cherries.
Spiro has actually thought about giving up his dreamboat for a few days to see what would happen with his BG numbers. But you know what, there is just something motivating about seeing those low BG numbers everyday and Spiro is just not willing to give them up.
Spiro here, It was said that MNKD is on the brink, so why does Spiro feel like he is in a big sink with the hot water on?
