Ok, maybe Spiro has too much free time and for some reason he just can't seem to throw away those old Dreamboats. Maybe if Spiro wins his battle against Diabetes, he might be reconsidered for the coveted Lead Global Moderator position Spiro here, leading the troops

spiro,
I think you should send this to Matt. Maybe it will make the DTC ad campaign.

My two cents worth is you should sign them (or have Al sign them or both of you sign with one signature on each side) and then auction them on eBay.

I will take Irkutsk from Kamchatka with two tanks and three infantry.

If they can have a toenail fighting in a boxing ring to plug a fungus med, they can certainly have spiro's tin soldiers battling sugar cubes. spiro you have them beat any day!

I don't know what the rest of you are talking about. I see the continuation of a man's slow descent into a fantasy world, free from the realities of life and the stock market. They don't usually issue round trip tickets for that journey.
Ah, though, perhaps he's headed to a better world than the one in which most (some) of the rest of us live.
Could this be a side-effect of Afrezza, you say? Doubtful, as I tend to recall similar behavior before he started the drug. I remember him mumbling something about "trapped shorts" - I thought he was referring to someone giving him a wedgie, as nothing else seemed to make sense.
Hang on, my friend, help is on the way. Whatever you do, don't let them use the catapults from behind the glucosian walls, and, remember, there's always a moat, so be careful.

As usual, it's dangerous to read baba's posts when drinking my morning coffee.

Philosophically hilarious. Nicely done. I'm stealing it PS on a side note-going to see Lambert and Stamp Monday. Documentary on the guys that managed THE WHO during glory years. With appearances and commentary by present day Pete and Roger. Should be very good. Might hop on the Magic Bus to get there

Spiro strikes back against the evil empire. Watch out for the catapult? Ha. Why would anyone think that Spiro's army would not have it's own catapult? Spiro here, Lead Global Moderator, 5 Star

Acceptance Speech Spiro humbly accepts the coveted title of Lead Global Moderator. Spiro would like to thank the contributors for their votes. This was achieved despite numerous attempts by Baba to sabotage Spiro's application. It was very gracious of Liane to overnight the prestigious Lead Global Moderator trophy to Spiro's residence. Spiro is currently enjoying his longest run of being Lead Global Moderator (2 days). Spiro here
