This is a good read on how large the insulin market has become. So, what will type 2's do, after they are told that their oral meds are not working very well and that they need to start on insulin? Oh BTW, Afrezza will work better, is easier to use, has less chance of severe hypoglycemic attacks and may actually slow the progression of their disease. After most insurance companies realize that Afrezza user's aren't visiting the E.R. nearly as often as insulin injectors and few if any deaths are occurring from severe hypoglycemic attacks, do you think they will cover Afrezza? clinical.diabetesjournals.org/content/30/4/138.full
