The irony is that shorts that are covering today are probably buying from other shorts who are selling. Some longs are saying it's BofA, but I'm pretty sure they already took care of their business some time ago.

But the remaining short interests still holding more than 100 million short shares are sitting on a powderkeg that may only have a 10-day fuse!

mnholdem... that multiyear fuse is finally down to the last 10 days? If it disappears anywhere between the sparks and the bomb, you never know how many miles of extra fuse might be coiled up and hidden

True. About the only thing I can say with any certitude is that there's some huge money involved, attracted to what normally could be considered a fairly nondescript product development company in the biotech industry.
