try to check out pedigree of the doctor. I am so suspect of this document. Not sure who or why it was made up?. Looks official but I question.there is a doctor of that name in Georgia.I do not see the doctor in georgia being related to this. Also the spelling of the product name.
Pakistan does not seem to be the most logical place to start a roll out in the Middle East. you have to have wealthy patients who can afford to pay ,as this is a poor country.Saudi Arabia would be more logical. Or the United Arab Emirates

This is perplexing, so has Sanofi begun selling Afrezza outside the united States?
I imagine there are some countries that either don't require govt agency approval, or adopt whatever the FDA approves...I wonder if Pakistan falls into this category.... Can anyone translate the cost of Afrezza listed on the slide into us dollars?

Can anyone translate the cost of Afrezza listed on the slide into us dollars? Check my math please. If the cost of the 30 cartridge, 8 unit package is 3000 rupee in the advertisement, 3000/ 65.13 = 46.06. Attachment DeletedAttachment DeletedAttachment Deleted

Spiro has heard that Sanofi has some great reps in Pakistan. That should add at least 3 or 4 scripts to Afrezza's weekly total in 6 months.

I just hope the Jihadi's don't transform the dreamboat into a miniature bombboat.

I'm sure Baba & Spiro will gladly wear that Afrezza mascot outfit at South Beach (taking turns of course). Guaranteed to get an additional 6-7 scripts!

Gotta agree with KC. Wouldn't think Pakistan would be a first choice in the Middle East. I agree with KC's countries and I would assume Israel would be an early target. The spelling is a bit strange , too. After reading the Linkedin post, Wonder if he is pitching himself to SNY to head or start sales there. The guy claims to have an MBA, so I don't think he is a nut. Finally, I do have to admit it was a pretty darn good slide presentation (other than not spelling Afrezza Correctly). Doubt it has anything to do with SNY plans at this time. Another thing wrong with this is a re-usable inhaler. A lot of work for nothing is my guess.

1 USD ~ 101 Parkistan Rupee. This translates to 90 cartridge 8 unit box at around 90 USD.

Why would a slideshow in Pakistan be in English?
