I realize that Martin is no longer the CEO and was ousted a year or so ago, but the sad thing is if you had invested in RTRX at the beginning of the year, you would have already doubles your money. Compare that to MNKD.  |

If the heat gets turned up too hot Shkreli may just get on a plane back to Albania. I imagine he's managed to protect his questionably earned gains by burying a trove offshore somewhere. His arrogance and tactics have no doubt influenced many people who would delight in seeing him get what he deserves. Personally, I think he'd look good on an FBI wanted poster or wearing an orange jumpsuit in the mugshots taken after an arrest has been made. He might want to be careful about tweeting threats. At least Sanofi was smart enough not to do business with Retrophin while Shkreli was there.  |

Did you see the picture they used for this article? He looks like a pedophile.
This might only be a civil suite, but if the Feds find grounds to go after him criminally (4 years to late, IMHO) that would be nice.
I wonder what his "job" would be in jail. Perhaps his new cell "mate" will treat him kindly. You know, for prison.
Facts please said it right- couldn't happen to a nicer guy. Unless you count Adam.... He's eventually going to run out of the good karma...
