I recommend folks Google "Endocrinologists In" and then add in the town or city where you live. Then, get the phone numbers of the doctor's office and make a call and ask if Afrezza inhaled insulin is being prescribed there. The office manager will say yes or no. If they say yes then contact Sam and let him know to add that office to the list if it is not yet on his list. You may be helping Sam as Sam helps others… Be polite and professional. Just found a list, divided by state and city, of the entire population of U.S. endocrinology offices. They have a very highly rated endocrinology department. The Mayo Clinic stays on top of new developments and they have a few webpages that address Afrezza.
