We need to give Sam Finta a hand in his mission to compile a list of doctors who ALREADY prescribe Afrezza.There are many diabetics who HAVE heard of Afrezza but for one reason or other cant find a doctor willing to prescribe.If you know of a doctor who is willing to prescribe please get their name address and phone number to Sam Finta at afrezzauser dot com. We need ACTIVISM

I recommend folks Google "Endocrinologists In" and then add in the town or city where you live. Then, get the phone numbers of the doctor's office and make a call and ask if Afrezza inhaled insulin is being prescribed there. The office manager will say yes or no. If they say yes then contact Sam and let him know to add that office to the list if it is not yet on his list. You may be helping Sam as Sam helps others… Be polite and professional. Just found a list, divided by state and city, of the entire population of U.S. endocrinology offices. You could use this to quickly find one in your area. health.usnews.com/doctors/location-index/endocrinologistsI just called the Mayo Clinic and spoke with a public relations official who will look into my question and get back to me next week. They have a very highly rated endocrinology department. |

"..... has prescribed Afrezza to many patients and seen tremendous results.........He wouldn't mind me sending you his info to include with a list of prescribing doctors......"

It is great the Comp and Sam are doing this, but why the heck isn't SNY doing this? This should be one of the most basic things you would expect a company to do. If I want to buy a pair of Nike shoes I can go to the Nike website and get a list of retailers.
Hmmm. Maybe SNY is afraid to publicize that the list is so small.

I like the nascent a1c champions website and the collaboration with google. They might want to dominate the diabetes market, and they know strategy. Very soon, Afrezza will be approved not only in US, but also EU and Asia (and the Middle East by default). Obesity is a big problem and Type II strongly correlates |

robsacher... Mayo seems to have better formulary coverage than most. Hopefully that is also indicative of them actually prescribing it.
