kc, I do not think Al considers this route because it would be a big let down to all the faithful shareholders that have stuck with him for the years, and I think he truly does care about those that supported the company through thick and thin. In addition, I'm sure there are also family and friends he has to consider. I have never ever seen a stock so manipulated....look at the Nasdaq, there was ZERO volume for several hours, it's all happening on "dark" exchanges, dark pools... If the SEC needs a "poster child" for colossal manipulation, look no further. Did my share of tips to them, hope you all submitted yours. Looking forward to the morning! Sleep well. When you call the sec do you lay into them or are you polite? I haven't called but this week has really rubbed me the wrong way.

My recommendation is to think like a business owner, you own a piece a wonderful company. Would you sell your property because someone told you it was worth far less than the price you paid? I don't know where the share price will be a year or two from now, however, I am extremely confident sales of Afrezza will be much greater than where they are now. I am a scientist and engineer, in fact nearly the same degrees as Al Mann and I can differentiate science from science fiction; MannKind is the real deal. -snip- PS. I like the new profile pic sportsrancho! Glam shot noir!

With debt to be settled by end of September and borrowed shares to be returned in October, shorts have a short time frame before this game will end. If we make it to years end without it breaking $3, I doubt we will see it below $2. If MNKD goes on sale for $2, I'll buy the Costco sized container. With 9 million shares returned, 9 million shorts who play by the rules would have to cover. In dollar terms, any guess as to what share price might spike to short term and then settle at after the initial over reaction? Why does everyone assume those 9 million shares being returned have not been covered yet?

kc, I think so too. Matt is expecting the share price to be higher. And I would think that would have to be because of a event. I expect the market to go maybe 20% lower in the next few months. If MNKD goes with it I will buy more. I see NO bankruptcy! My fear if I have one is a cheap buy out. So if we do get to two. I will be buying like crazy when there is blood in the streets. I bought at two before.I can do it again. But I don't see us following the market. I think scripts will go up and the stock will slowly more up with them. Ya I think tomorrow morning, we'll have a nice surprise to go along with our coffee (with NO sugar) .... where I went to school many years ago one of my old room mates did a course in persuasion theory, they actually teach this stuff in universities, manipulation of emotions and behavior, very sad and we see it is effective in our best and brightest, c'est la vie. Stay healthy y'all I took that class. Theories of persuasion. One of the best classes I ever took and use daily...lol

When you call the sec do you lay into them or are you polite? I haven't called but this week has really rubbed me the wrong way. Never called, only submitted through website (more than once on mnkd stock) I did submit a tip through SEC website last year on another stock in regards to the HFT manipulation there... that was when the $0.0001 increments were growing more common (thanks to Goldman and others -- no, not the Goldman that works for MNKD, the Goldman Sachs -- you have to read FlashBoys to know the story about them though the author is inaccurate in current GS policy, he was lied to by GS, surprise surprise - most hated investment bank globally as far as I know)... in that particular case, I actually received an EMAIL from them (imagine that!) saying that trading in $0.0001 increments was against the rules, but the rules are only advisory rules (so why are the rules there? ) Agree with what so many others have written, the SEC is not to protect the retail investor. It is there for Wall Street. That said, there MUST be a way to capture tips, anonymous or otherwise, and post to your congressional representatives and/or to the public... throw up a blog post for example... Now you have me thinking, thanks

While I don't know where it will settle, I do know it will and start moving up at some point. Thanks for your input.

you can always get a little nutty. Buy some mission impossible spy gear and get to work lol Ha ha ha, thanks the laugh, but seriously, you would be amazed at the spy gear you can find online nowadays, just try to be sure you don't end up on any watch lists Not sure it that is even possible anymore. Okay, I did do a search for Afrezza United Health Care harrys ---- it looks like you are in some kind of category that may or may not apply to the bulk of UHC customers. Please try to research a little more thoroughly prior to posting Pharmacy Benefit Programs Drug List

But. Why not simply choose another name? I agree with KC. Your posts seem borderline FUD. Even on YMB I've never been attacked for my name... this is a new low. How am I supposed to know as a new member what the names of other members are on this board? harrys, So now you know that there's a poster here with a name similar enough to cause confusion. There's a simple solution: you can go into your profile, and change your display name. Your account will remain otherwise unchanged. I would recommend you do that.

Once, I went to this Indian restaurant, the waiter was a freaking mystic, when he came to serve us, he said, "don't take away my name, I won't know who I am" --- Harryx1 has posted some great stuff on Stock Twits today, how come he doesn't come around here any more? Is it because someone stole his name?

I'm going to assume you guys are kidding and continue using my name... otherwise I can change it to Harryx2 or maybe Harryx11 to promote some investigation and logical reasoning on the board before someone attacks the content of my posts. Im sure Harryx1 left the board due to the same nonsense Ive been bamboozled with over the last 24hrs. I won't be posting here often if at all into the future as I'm much more content with listening to the few who have insight to share, so I'm confident my name will not cause too much confusion on this board.

Aren't you guys going over the top a little here? The avatar (or lack thereof) is enough to distinguish between two similar names.
Harry posted info and didn't call anyone "stupid" or "moron". I can even relate to posting the same info more than once - kinda like moving from one conversation to another and sharing with both groups.
Unless I missed something it seems to me that a mob mentality is present. My advice is to move on and leave the sniping to DaZoo.

Thank you, Ive always enjoyed your commentary on YMB, glad to see you're active on this board. The mob mentality here is very much present, the moderators were the first to reprimand me for posting something seen as "negative" and then I'm treated like an idiot after interpreting lliane's reprimand as an attack to stamp out negative views. There is gonna be no one left with dissenting (not mine) views once they're done with the board.

I think one cannot really tell by looking at the put option pricing that 2 bucks is likely.
