I'm going to assume you guys are kidding and continue using my name... otherwise I can change it to Harryx2 or maybe Harryx11 to promote some investigation and logical reasoning on the board before someone attacks the content of my posts. I'm sure Harryx1 left the board due to the same nonsense Ive been bamboozled with over the last 24hrs. I won't be posting here often if at all into the future as I'm much more content with listening to the few who have insight to share, so I'm confident my name will not cause too much confusion on this board. Harry. I wouldn't take it personally as it is well known that those yahoos impersonate another to create conflict. Because of another well respected poster who goes by a similar name... maybe you might be able to understand the logic behind not doing what the other board does which could create confusion; it's just to what degree the Respected Moderators here interpret for the well being of this community. We'll know your perspective as you continue to post. Best or luck to you.

We'll know your perspective as you continue to post. Best or luck to you. Yes, I completely understand and have a lengthy ignore list of those yahoos on YMB so I can squeeze what little insight that board has to offer without having to look at tons of Spam. As I explained to the moderator my name on here is my actual name... I don't use online aliases as Im not worried about the NSA or anybody coming after me ha I realized that those two were just trying to yank my chain as anybody with half a brain could discern two different names and aliases without "confusion". I took offense to the immediate (admittedly not obvious) attacks from both members and moderators when I dared to post not-so-welcome info as a "newbie". "those two" moderators were establishing the limits for the board and who established this board. I personally respect them each enormously. You are like the guy who is invited to their creation and you tell them you don't like what they are serving for dinner. Even with additional information to let you know it's not a personal thing; you make it very personal.
this sure is a long discussion with a topic of sub $2. Hilarious really. I look forward to the time this one runs it's limit.

Aren't you guys going over the top a little here? The avatar (or lack thereof) is enough to distinguish between two similar names. Harry posted info and didn't call anyone "stupid" or "moron". I can even relate to posting the same info more than once - kinda like moving from one conversation to another and sharing with both groups. Unless I missed something it seems to me that a mob mentality is present. My advice is to move on and leave the sniping to DaZoo. Awe... The voice of reason.

Ok, I respectfully disagree with that view but in line with respecting the moderators we should probably end this conversations and allow the thread to get back to the substance of its creation.

For some it might be confusing and I can understand that. But I am not in favor of forcing anyone to change their online name unless it is an exact duplicate to another member who was registered before the new comer.
Let's not forget that often these names are not selected at random and have meaning to the individual. Even my email acct w Apple is duplicative of others as I had to include numbers following it to get it approved. And yet I have never received anyone else's emails.
As long as the posters intentions are honest and sincere it should be their choice even though we may have preferences. Just mho...

I think one cannot really tell by looking at the put option pricing that 2 bucks is likely. One can get an idea of the probability of stock prices by looking at option pricing. That said: it is more likely that MannKind will be higher than lower at the same dates according to option pricing. This is what probability theory predicts, does not mean either will happen.

It's up to interpretation. I have had to deal with those who have "intentionally" attempted to confuse. While you had the opportunity to know Harry; new readers may not have. Similar names create confusion.
While another poster defended harrys for not using negative insults like "moron"; harrys went ahead with the half a brain comment which was intentional.
I'm all for free speech; and that very limited free speech on the YMB is a circus and one to avoid. OK... I'm done. This finger splint I'm wearing makes typing 20X harder. This too will pass.

All I am saying while it might be preferable I am personally against forcing it for reasons stated, fwiw. Regarding the other it has been dealt with thru pm and I respectfully suggest we all move on.

Perhaps it is time to lock this thread. I ignore people like Harrys, I try to focus on the business at hand.
Have a great weekend.

I'd mention that mentally preparing yourself for it would be like mentally preparing yourself for an earthquake. Better to have supplies (in this case pills, liquor, kleenex, nyquil, etc)

Of course that "probability" derived from options prices only represents the probability of future stock price if 1) all information is currently known by all market participants, 2) no new information is revealed and 3) everyone behaves rationally. Though I suspect often the dog wags the tail with respect to options such as MNKD, so the apparent probability may become reality through non-stochastic interventions.

OK folks - sorry that I was largely unavailable most of the day.
First off - there is nothing wrong with users having similar names - so forget about asking harrys to change his username. He can if he wants to, but is not obligated.
Second - harrys - earlier in the day, I was pointing out a board rule against multiple posts on this board. It is not necessary to post the same material to multiple threads, and we consider it spam. Not everyone actually reads the rules, so from time to time, we need to point them out. That's all.
Third - everyone - there are no rules against posting comments that may be construed as negative about the company. Please do not assume that the poster is posting FUD.
Fourth - can we all just exhibit some civility and respect?? It takes a lot of effort to keep up the quality of this board, and all posters are responsible for that quality. If you have an issue with a post or poster, you can report it to the staff, and we will deal with it as appropriate.
With that, I am locking this thread.
