Those of us that value the truth based on facts have known this for a long time. Unfortunately there are many that just believe what they are spoon fed and never question what they are being told is true or not.

It would seem mixed with Republicans in the House and Democrats in the Senate. Not really sure what your point is though, money does not make a person immoral, but lack of morality often makes a person rich. There is no real corollary data that can be mined from this fun fact. In fact playing devils advocate, I could say the opposite of what it would seem you are inferring, the lower average net worth of republicans in the Senate could make them more likely to seek wealth and power through immoral politics... in other words they are more "wanting", but this would not be testable and would just be biased nonsense on my part. Feel free to spin, twist, analyze or whatever you want to do with it.

Most who become part of the .01% in this country do so not from rags but from riches passed on by Daddy. I think anyone who aspires to be part of the elusive .01% has some major priority issues ($). I admire those who sought to change the world and in doing so became super rich, but the hedge funders and Wall Street tycoons accrue their wealth by fleecing the pockets of others. I know many affluent Europeans who see the US as an oligarchy and they are 100% correct, the rest of the educated world truly sees a circus when they ponder US politics and I think we all know who the clowns are... I remember the first time I went to Europe. I was pretty excited to interact with others and learn about their culture. I was shocked at how many people hate America. I experienced the same thing my first few times overseas when I was younger. It shocked me and was the first time I had been exposed to the blasphemous concept that Americans are being increasingly seen in the light cast by our ever more extreme politics and barbaric social policy "issues". "American" has no become synonymous with "greed", "narcissism", and "immorality" overseas, it's really a terrible shame but not all that surprising when you consider what they see of our society and politics in the news and on TV. I have wondered lately whether the rise of Trump is actually twisted irony where America finally gets not what we desperately need, but what we deserve as an ambassador to the world.

A lot of American blood was spilled on their soil to save their asses. It wasn't too long ago that the sentiment was different but we live in different times and those that witnessed WW2 are dead. The newer generation lacks historical perspective and probably are quite ignorant as to what happened prior to the day they were born.

It definitely lends itself to your perceived infallibility on this board.

...the rest of the educated world truly sees a circus when they ponder US politics and I think we all know who the clowns are... Oh why oh why is the grass always greener elsewhere... Come on, clowns? Yes, we sure do have our share, but no more entertaining than the totally dysfunctional British Parliament, The Japanese legislature where they go at each other with knives, the Taiwanese legislature where old men feign the use of martial arts, or how about Italy's Cicciolina- the naked Legislator? and I only got started with the more Democratic societies... My Father who fought during WWII to defend this (still) great Country always quoted Churchill, in that Democracy was the worst form of Government, except for all the others... We should all still be grateful we are in a country where at least we can complain without supression by the police ( so far)..

our government are criminals, regardless if you are democrat or republican. The fact you have to ask permission to live your life however you want, whether be gay, straight, christian, muslim, atheist etc is a f'n joke. I'm certainly not looking to Ted Cruz or Obama or McConnell for any sort of guidance for ANYTHING. This country is a bunch of retards, governed by criminals, ran by Wall Street/FED/oil/military complex. I hate that on this board (or anywhere else for that matter) that I/we have to wade through thinly veiled left/right BS to get to the real reason we're here: did something catastrophic happen at the current moment to affect share price, and will any new info provide insight as to share price tomorrow or the future. If you guys want to keep supporting these fools in DC who are ruining everything, regardless of party, please find another chat board to post on. I couldn't give less of a sh*t what you think about Obama, congress, or anything else besides MNKD/afrezza. Sorry for the venting. I just can't comprehend how anyone with a straight face can support their party in light of the rampant corruption and complete disregard for the american people that voted them into office to represent us. I'm guessing you are much older than I am, but I must say I don't think what good deeds someone's parents or grandparents have done should lend any credence toward their children or grandchildren. Every generation is responsible for leaving their own mark. America is no longer the world's moral compass, far from it actually.

Too much politics. You all have strayed way off the original topic. Locking the thread.
