At least he doesn't constantly comment in other articles linking to his own SA articles begging for clicks Your comment wasn't very nice if it is directed at Rob. Where did that come from?

Sorry for being blunt. Didn't mean to be mean. It's just not very professional and degrades your work when you're constantly pumping it in people's faces. Keep up the good work rob, just let it speak for itself instead of touting it every time there's a new mnkd article or news on SA. Maybe it's just me, but I think it makes you look bad when someone screams "look at me look at me". Less usually means more, exception being my previous post

I don't think rob touts his own work much - it's usually one of our members that posts a link.

If someone wants that additional info they can follow the link, or they can ignore it. What's wrong with providing pointers to useful information, even if one is the author of the articles cited? Would you prefer Rob acted ashamed of his writings and not point them out to anyone?

LFD isn't an analyst and neither are most of those writing articles on SA. They are retail investors with a platform to distribute their thoughts to an audience. As far as I can tell, LFD has no medical, scientific or finance training. In addition, it appears he has no real-world experience in the areas he is talking about. Certainly in the area of finance he is weak. Most SA mnkd articles are fine when it comes to providing data from due diligence. Where things go horribly wrong frequently is when they take that data, analyze and attempt to interpret it. Chuck, That's what goes wrong when most analysts try and interpret data, especially when they are influenced by those who want those writers to express a particular agenda, i.e Goldman Sachs. But, there is a line between outright twisting of data for the purpose of misrepresenting it and speculative analysis based on potentiality... Disagree completely with the last sentence. Terrible analysis is terrible analysis regardless of the reasons for it.

You may be an old timer, even if you have just posted your first few comments here, but I assure you that there are many who have not read my article(s) and if they are interested in knowing more about MannKind, the articles may be helpful. Trust me, I get one cent for even person who reads one article, hardly any profit motive. But, knowing that I am providing some counter balance to the ongoing short thesis is what's important to me. Best wishes, RS
