I thought the same thing.. why hold the all on 11/9... knowing that 11/6 was meet and greet! could be nothing.. a little coincidental; however the odds were about 17% chance that it would have been on Monday compared to the previous week anyway. Always nice to hope.

All I can say is that lakers had better deliver. We usually don't like unsubstantiated statements. I'll give you a pass this time, but if this does not come to pass, you lose all credibility on this board. Total ditto. I don't mind people online leaking credible sources/material albeit vague; non-insider-info. Just hope MannKind has real news to talk about.

Mannkind and Sanofi "settled" on a licensing deal. Perhaps Alfred Mann's selling price for Afrezza or Mannkind last year was too rich for Sanofi. It should be debated that Sanofi sandbagged Afrezza only doing what was minimally required in the licensing agreement trying to force Alfred Mann to relinquish the price significantly. Sanofi would be genius if they pulled the trigger on Afrezza/MannKind now while the PPS was depleted & ultra cheap. However I think the real flash point would be if MannKind were approached privately & negotiated in secret with another bio-pharma as a protective contingency against Sanofi the slacker.

lakers... You imply you know more than you have shared. It seems a disservice to post something like that without giving some color as to what you know. Is this potentially good or bad? Some may interpret your comment as teasing something good and others may evaluate it in the light of today's news and think you are confirming the sky is falling. Do you want people trading on your ability to play with their emotions? What's your point in posting this thread... simply to gain credibility for yourself as having inside knowledge if it comes to pass. The excuse to withhold details to avoid the thread being locked seems rather weak. You could have avoided a locked thread by not having mentioned it as well. If the moderators promise not to lock it, will you share what you know?

Lakers the only word that springs to mind regarding your post is: Nebulus.

I'd also point out that lakers has (like i have) suffered greatly for the last 2-3 years. My money is he gets more wins here than the lakers do this season. Now that's a great prognosis!! I forgot to mention $25M milestone bonus for qualifying Sanofi's insulin for Afrezza, which could be due 1Q16. It's categorized as dev. This shows Sny's commitment. Sny's PBM campaign falls short. Label change trial could have been started much earlier. Mnkd didn't fail Sny. In contrast, Mnkd met and exceeded every single mfgr, dev milestone so far. It's interesting that Mon 11/9 ER is right after the 90 min webcast on Fri Nov 6 titled, “Meet Sanofi Management.” >>Senior management representatives will provide a business update and outline a roadmap towards 2020. We will also present the latest progress of our R&D pipeline.<< It will be all about the new GBU structure. Why Mon instead of other days ? 45-day 10-Q, 8-K filing rule ? Regarding $50M Regulatory milestone, $35M is for EMA approval, $15M is for Japan. Hope we will earn the former some time next year. I don't think these milestones have been made public by MNKD or SNY. I believe that all milestones are protected under a confidential treatment order. If these are verifiable, could you please link to an SEC filing, press release or transcript that gives evidence?

I've found some secondary sources, like Motley Fool, but I trust them as much as I trust Seeking Alpha.

Sorry for any angst or confusion, lakers

Long long long way to go before that initial sales milestone payment portion of the 650 mill tho (starting at 250 mill in sales). And why no middle east milestone? Or any other asian country milestone? (at the risk of this thread going off topic which i apologize to Lakers)

Are you sure that isn't indicating that the first milestone payment is $250M?

Are you sure that isn't indicating that the first milestone payment is $250M? may be.. But ONLY Once sales reach 250 million, it will trigger a milestone of X dollars which could be $250 million or not
