The article only appears on the hebrew version of the Globes website. It has been posted several times.

Okay let see if I got this straight. They are blocking the new shares since they are restricted, hence no offering. So the offering is canceled, so no new money to MNKD, but index ETF's are still going to re-balance and need to buy MNKD shares( hence on the open market), right? Guess that will be the next bit of bad news that they are prevented from joining TA-100 and 75. This is correct. The expectation of this news actually caused a 9% bump in price yesterday (From the Globes article: "Meanwhile, today [11/10/2015] the company's shares actually rose by 9% due assessment that if the ETF will not be allowed to purchase shares in the offering, they will be forced to buy a similar amount in the market"). I wonder how active GS shorting on TASE is?

Al can sell the ETFs his shares and do a PIPE with MNKD to replace the shares.

I suppose this could explain the super high rates to short, and the shaky presentation in Mannkinds CC. I'm screwed

Same... I am starting to come to realization that I made the biggest mistake to overlook all the financial distress of this company....not sure what to do at this point... I've lost a ton like many of the longs here... without cash or financing and further dilution, its not looking good...

Bawaaaaa bawaaaa bawaaaaa. Look at the bright side. The stock can drop no more than 1.95 from here. The blood is in the streets today. I will go out on a limb and say today is the bottom in mnkd. Call me crazy.

I guess it's finally safe to say the sky is falling? This is a story of corruption, greed, and incompetence. It was probably foolish to think Al could pull one over on the entirety of Big Wallstreet and get away with it, they have counterparts in Israel who are undoubtedly on the payroll as well.

Looks like the argument that the TASE would help the stock just blew up in our faces. The company is starting to look like Wile E Coyote falling down a cliff. And the sad thing is we most likely won't hear a thing from management. IF the news being reported is false, will the SEC or anyone even investigate it?

So can the shorts find 50 million shares to cover or whatever the ETF's need? (Anderson puts on tin foil hat) Maybe this is Al's master plan, indirect stock manipulation while trying to look like he was doing the right thing. So they cant issue the shares due to a technicality, ETF's buy and drive the price up this Sunday, then they fix the glitch and offer unrestricted shares next week at a higher price. ( tin foil hat off). I don't think that is the case. But it will be interesting to see what happens now.

The company has never done a thing to fight the manipulation that we know of. I doubt it will now. It's job is to try and make Afrezza a success and to issue more TS drug candidates.

There are things Mannkind could sell, like licensing deals. Good thing this isn't the cure for cancer.

If Sanofi had any plans of buying up MNKD for less than the milestone expenses, this looks like the time to do it, because it looks like MNKD has about $8 million left, which is, by my guesstimate, about one month burnrate. Once that is gone, its a going out of business sale...
So, very soon we will see if anyone has any interest in owning Afrezza or the Technosphere patents...

If report is false by AF there should be legal action! I'll be first in line!
