Regarding the Israel deal? I see a ton of information but am curious if you can direct me to a timeline of what happened...thank you in advance if it exists I think it began with a couple of articles from Israel criticizing the deal and implying regulators were looking at possibly doing something. One article was this: calcali article...which translates: "Mankind issuance of cancellation; Will be denied future entry of foreign indices Mankind will issue shares for the ETF will be blocked for sale in Tel Aviv, but may be sold in the United States. To prevent the entry of foreign companies in other indices, the stock market has determined that only companies with an Israeli connection could be included in the index." But studying the article actually indicates that the problem was a six month lock-up on ETF shares sold in Israel, and that the "block" was overridden because the ETFs could still sell the shares on the NASDAQ in New York. Typical of rumors, things got worse before they got better.

All true. Good report. Mine was a little tongue-in-cheek but, unlike AF, I made sure the translation was correct before printing anything (chuckle).
---
So, rcc, if you Google "translate Hebrew to English" then cut & paste my reply:
זה היה עסק שוק המניות כרגיל
...then you should get the translation: "It was business as usual stock market."
---
It's not a perfect translation but, then again, it won't start a huge drop in share price, either. Otherwise, I wouldn't have printed it.
Oh, and sorry, rcc... perhaps I should have answered you a little more seriously. Thanks for covering for me, rrtzmd.

So AF, a guy who is one of the most 'respected and read' (hard to believe but true) biotech analysts by retail investors, publishes a massively important story at a critical time in an innovative biotech's refinancing using only Google translation and that is supposed to excuse or explain all? Really? is our system that dump? This was at best a criminal negligent action. He knew this would massively move markets but didn't go beyond Google translate for his source? Again is our market system that dumb?
I didn't lose a single $ in all this but wow this is sickening.
