www.mannkindcorp.com/about-us-executive-management.htmBased on my email correspondence with Hakan last week, according to him, the stock price is low due to shorting, which was apparently being dealt with through "regulatory means." (as if SEC was not a part of the problem). I for one, would love to see a securities lawyer on this mgmt page. Someone ethical, yet as aggressive as Shrekeli.

The question at this point is whether any regulatory action will bear fruit before MNKD runs out of cash as a side effect of the manipulation. If it takes them a year to sort it out it could be too late for MNKD.

As for Goldman Sacks, well, everyone at SEC has either worked there or will soon, it seems all too often

Based on my email correspondence with Hakan last week, according to him, the stock price is low due to shorting, which was apparently being dealt with through "regulatory means." That is a bit disingenuous of Hakan, isn't it? The company has done nothing, regardless of the reasons, to come in aid of the sp, and while scrips oddly and seemingly go nowhere for months on end, and Matt gives too a few very disingenuous answers to relatively straight questions by shareholders, he also is shameless enough to come out and put some guilt on longs that are lending their shares out, which is, apparently, the only way to make money in the short term with this stock. To me all this is simply unbelievable.

I can't help but get the feeling that Afrezza was "throttled" by SNY however.. what do you think, the refill growth was exponential, then dropped off suddenly. Hard to say.

Hard to say. You know, if I only had the answer to that question. Knowing that would also, by proxy, give me a pretty good view of other parts of the Sanofi/Mannkind agreement. None of it makes much sense and the possible realistic answers are still opposite extremes, so all you can do is protect yourself and keep a close eye on the situation, in my humble opinion.
