Thank heavens Adam F probably knows nothing about MNKDW because he would surely offer this up as proof of the End of the World for MNKD prntscr.com/97qogwWhat does this say about the stock price from now until Feb 2016?

Either everyone's Black Friday shopping today or the last of the capitulation has taken place. I don't even know what warrants are (I'm assuming related to options(?)) but that chart doesn't look very positive.

Well, since each gives you the right to buy .6 shares at a price per share of $2.40, it takes 1.67 warrants to buy 1 share at 2.40. If you pay 19 cents a piece that means you would need to see 2.72 by Feb just to break even. Upon expiration, they have a value of (MNKD share price-2.40) X .6
Paying 19 cents for them here means you would need to expect a 30% gain in share price by early Feb just to keep from losing! That's only a little more than 2 months away. As long as share price hangs in the low twos the warrants will continue to drift toward zero.

And I'm sure Mr. Stain knows all about them.

Pretty obvious. Warrants expire in Feb 16 . Each warrant entitles holder to buy .6 shares at $2.40. At this point, the warrants are underwater. If I remember many shorts bought warrants as hedge. If warrants expire worthless, perhaps less shares available for shorts to cover with.

I myself own 3000 warrants (I'm glad that's it) If nothing happens before Fed 2nd these warrants are trash. Way back on the old forum Agon, There was a guy that was buying all he could, I think he had 100,000 plus or so. I hope he sold then this summer.

I seem to recall someone posting that not many warrants are still outstanding (most already exercised?). You would probably have to search through the quarterly report to find this; I don't have the time right now.
