Interesting search analytic and focused on Mnkd stock price not the product. Swiss banking not exactly transparent, but they do broker bids not just subvert funds for dubious sources. We don't know the individual sources so hard to say. Novartis and Roche also in Switzerland. Entertaining at best, insufficient data to draw any conclusions (again .. sigh). yep were are mushrooms, kept in the dark all day and then they give us ____ to eat.
Really, the internet has enabled fraud on a whole new bigger scale and if you don't believe me just look at all those new million dollar shoeboxes in the Manhattan skyline. That is not legitimate money for the most part, how could it be? I give up, they win for now but I won't sell (not that it matters when HFs can sell single shares back and forth and the price is therefore meaningless). The Swiss... hmm! I ran into one in New Zealand while vacationing once.. he said, 'we have the banking industry' I never really thought of it as an industry but they do make money don't they. Maybe you should eat a couple of them. Might make the days go by a little better!!!

Something is odd with MannKind's share price, it is acting as if it is going bankrupt. My question is: would this require a filing with the SEC if that was the case? Are things really that bleak where the biggest and loudest pumper of them all starts to question this investment? No, he's not questioning his investment he's questioning the behavior of the share price. The share price decline is something you might see if the company were going bankrupt, but that seems very unlikely given they have multiple quarters of cash on hand. The decline could just be the shorts trying to create a little more running room for covering when / if good news hits. They'd be betting that any run-up from $1 and change wouldn't take the price above their cost basis. As long as that were true, they'd be happy to do some covering and re-short when the escalating stock price flattened out. Shorts win going down, shorts win going up. And, to answer Kastanes question; the SEC filing would only occur when they filed for bankruptcy, not before.

Or make you need a new liver. always keep lipoic acid on hand if you are in doubt, the only antidote as far as I know. Good for protecting the liver from other things being in this stock will do to many of us. MNKD common stock is the poster child for so many things

If they file for bankruptcy, there is going to be quite a bit of old school justice coming management's way - let's hope for them that things turn positive sooner rather than later.

I wouldn't call it BK, that won't happen. We are moving into a range where plenty are interested globally..... just do a google trends search for Mannkind Corporation, look at where the interest is... Why would the Swiss have their eye on MNKD? Something very fishy in Denmark.

It could be part of his compensation requirements to hit the website a few days a week for a few bucks

Denmark is known for fish, oil, shipbuilding, ad waterways... Switzerland for cheese, chocolate, timepieces, and banking...

GS called and warned almost a year ago that the price would be going to $1 and everyone laughed and blew them off including myself. Did GS talk about bankruptcy then? Since we're on the FUD/Pump subject-Looks like the FUDSTERS Beat the Hell out of the PUMPERS on this one. But was it really FUD? hmmm starting to look like it wasn't, for now.
