Spiro had to take a brief medical hiatus the past few days but assures me all is fine and he will return to pump up the board with his unbridled optimism w/in next 24 hours.

A good conference call and a good up day in the market for MNKD and Spiro will be his old self in no time.

Spiro, my friend, feel better and hurry back to the board! Today was a good day, especially in light of the general selloff of the market.

The volume was up, as was the price, even though it faded during the day. So, what's up? I don't think yesterday's call, while I thought it was fine, was a market mover. Likely just the vagaries of the marketplace, but, you never know.

He's home and doing fine. I'm on the phone with him now. I just told him he needs to come here and post some of his patented enthusiasm.

Thanks for the concern guys, I am back home and still alive. I think Babaoriley may have jinxed me when he said I would need paramedics if Afrezza doesn't get approval. Anyway, after 2 days in the hospital, 2 MRI's, 2 CAT Scans, 2 Dopplers and 2 doctors, they told me I had a TIA. I told them that was impossible because I don't own any stock with that symbol. I also saw a physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, and a stroke education trainer. If they knew how many shares of MNKD I have, I'm sure they would have sent a Mental therapist also. I nearly jumped through the roof when they stuck me in the stomach twice with a blood thinner. And to think that I used to believe that injections in the stomach don't hurt. Yeah right. Yesterday, I kept telling them that I had to be home by 5 P.M. to listen to an important conference call, but they wouldn't listen. To make matters worse, every time I asked a nurse for a quote on Mannkind, they offered to send a priest. Geez, I thought the whole world knew about MNKD by now. I am looking forward to catching up on all the news.

Spiro, you certainly have done your share already this year to support the medical profession! So glad to hear you're home and well!

I had a fortunately short visit to the ER Monday after a series of poor choices by me left me about to pass out on the 16th tee of the golf course - I was not looking good at all at the time. That's two ambulance rides in the last four years, getting old sucks! Gotta go for a stress test soon, about time, so what the heck.

You take very good care of yourself, you will need a lot of years to spend the kind of money you're gonna make on MNKD!

Besides what Afrezza will do for diabetics, I hope MNKD obtains approval ASAP so you all can enjoy the rest of your years and relax comfortably.

Spiro.....You are way too funny!!. Got a good chuckle reading your post. Thank you much for all your help and get well soon. You and Al will live plenty long to see Technosphere reach new heights and help the world.

Can't imagine what Al and all the folks at MNKD must feel like going into the next few final weeks. A lot of people's life's work and financial future hangs in the balance with the committee and FDA.

Hey Spiro, Glad you are home and doing better. You should have just gone straight to your Podiatrist's office. You could have avoided all those tests and injections. He would have just sat you down and reiterated what Al has already told us. Afrezza will be the biggest selling medical product EVER. Your blood pressure would have calmed down as you dreamed of the $80 stock price. Stay well >> we have to celebrate in the very near future.

LOL, I certainly didn't know the textbook definition, but that will do, as I meant it only to poke a little fun Chris's way!  And he knows that.  What he doesn't know is about that $80 share price Ashiwi is talking about!
