I think/believe they're going to be hitting Sanofi up for cash in order to avoid a probable cause law suit,e.g., and I quote... I don't want to go down that road right now.

Just got home from class about 15 min ago, Matt sounds very well-prepared and confident. I really like that. Makes me feel better about holding.
I also like how he seems to really be emphasizing the whole "more communication and transparency" idea. Sounds like he really feels compassion for his stockholders. Another HUGE plus. Let's hope he delivers and isn't feeding us a bunch of lip service.

He mentioned a deal being close again. Still waiting for a miracle - Afrezza price has to be a major driver and triple the TRx within months.

He did make it seem like they were anticipating Sanofi's departure. Said they couldn't do more than evaluate partnership possibilities until they officially got notice from Sanofi.

Overall, very good presentation by Matt. The TS opportunities look very small. Not like insulin.
Matt did say he would do a secondary if needed.
