What Matt said about money exchange

Matt stated today that as negotiations wind down, that money sometimes exchanges hands. Seeking Aholes, I mean, Alpha has the shoddy translation of Matt's presentation today and this is what they have:

The key we need to and frankly I don’t want to go too far down this path, but as we negotiated with Sanofi and determine that orderly wind down of that negotiation, we'll see how that turns out.



It's not uncommon for somebody to change hands in those scenarios, but I can’t obviously promise anything, but the key thing is we need to execute on the Afrezza strategy get some momentum going here.

Keep in mind the bolded "somebody" should read "some money." Who ever translated it didn't listen clearly.

You can bet that Mannkind is going to try and get a nice parting gift from Sanofi.

More than a parting gift, I am sure SNY will want to avoid another lawsuit on a failed launch and will forgive the debt owed by MNKD and another 50-250million.  Look at the loss of market cap of MNKD because of SNY failure.
