If the stock delists and you want to hold the stock forever just go old school and get physical stock certificates. www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/holdsec.htm. (also if you are an investor, not a trader this is a way to make sure your broker cant borrow your stock) Thanks a lot even if the link does not work..... Don't need this info now.... May be late April (hopefully not but) I am sure some one from this board will help me giving suggestion how to open an account in US and transfer my shares there. Sure I am an investor and not a trader. I have 100% fully ownership of my shares. No one can borrow my stock (my local bank/account do not permit either to lend out any of the Nasdaq shares if I would like to.... It is permitted only for local market shares).....
I did this mid of last year. Moved them from Europe to US. What would you like to know? This would be offtopic so you might send me a message.

Hate it when websites dont give you a true link....google "SEC Holding Your Securities— Get the Facts". You can get physical certificates you can hold in your hand that represent stock. You dont need a broker, just makes it easier to trade stocks. You can mail these cert's to brokers to get them registered in an account also if you want to trade em, or you could sell them yourself. I should get a few thousand share in physical form and leave em in a safety deposit box for my kids to find, sorta like buried treasure.

Let me venture a guess, closes 2.5 hours from now at 0.840000, total bull$hit!
