Makes me want to put in a market order for 10K to see if heartbeat will start - just one blip. This market is soooo unfair to the small fish!

I am suspecting the same.
Now Sanofi is no more a short argument.
Argument will be BK and delisting - (for example I am very very worry about delisting... I don't think it will happen but delisting, for me, quite sure means getting out from the stock as I am in Italy and for example my account does not permit any OTC or PINK)
So they try to keep it below 1$ (SI is increasing today).
Then tomorrow quite sure scripts will be not so good (expecting confusion for the future on endo side).

The stock has to trade under $1 for 30 straight days. Once that happens, NASD sends them a warning letter. Mannkind then has 180 days from there to satisfy the requirement. And then there are extensions. I'd be more worried about the company running out of money and dilution than delisting at this point.

I know very well delisting means 30+180 days below 1$. Practically until end of July.
Don't believe but if Wall Street wants a company to fail ...... Sure Afrezza scripts will suffer, and probably for months and months, before new actions will have effect. Totally believe in TS and an upfront, even if small upfront, should deliver confidence on the pipeline and the plan. But Wall Street is too much powerful.
I see all black, even if yesterday CC was really a 2.0
I will prepare my self to found an account in US and to afford forex and further taxes but sure I will never sell

Certainly agree with you, the money issue will come to a head first if further funding is not acquired, extensions are common for the 180 day deadline, I have seen companies trade under a dollar for well over a year at a time.

I think there are a huge number of options that expire worthless tomorrow if they can keep it under $1.00. Whoever owns them is likely controlling the share price.

For the same reason it's hard to drive the numbers up, it will be hard to make them drop: most doctors and patients aren't paying attention. If anything, I think we may see a bump over the next month or two as fence-sitters give Afrezza a shot (well, a puff) before it might go away.

(also if you are an investor, not a trader this is a way to make sure your broker cant borrow your stock)

May be late April (hopefully not but) I am sure some one from this board will help me giving suggestion how to open an account in US and transfer my shares there. Sure I am an investor and not a trader. I have 100% fully ownership of my shares. No one can borrow my stock (my local bank/account do not permit either to lend out any of the Nasdaq shares if I would like to.... It is permitted only for local market shares).....

I think there are a huge number of options that expire worthless tomorrow if they can keep it under $1.00. Whoever owns them is likely controlling the share price. I assume the same. Look at how rapidly the price increased 2days ago and then there were some big sell orders that broke the trend and was a clear signal. I have 1.00 options and that's why I was watching it. If there is no TS announcement today there is no way it goes get's to 1.00.
