I agree that the whole deal with Hamburg is shady, but this is no more than what the other lawyer is doing to Mannkind.
The article is written as if it comes from a news source, but it originates from the website itself. It even speaks of Klayman in third person as if he didn't write it. Then it goes on to cite references back to its own website, as if the article was separate from the website.
The allegations may be entirely true, but how it is done is completely laughable and seriously degrades the credibility of it. The measures he goes through to try to make it seem credible make it even less credible.

TY for the very nice start of the day, Klayman not a fan of the individual in office either. He filed a petition to have Obama deported as well (fraudulent birth certificate issue), it's about time the bitch and her scumbag excuse for a human husband get exposed...most likely just the tip of the iceberg also, they have no conscience and there was no limit to the extent of which she abused her power. I sincerely hope Al is alive to see them go through hell and back again. Settlement should not be an option for the defendants in this case IMO. Again, thanks for making my day

That is go_mnkd's site. Don't know what's up; this is the message I get: I've often recommended it to people for getting an overview of everything MNKD (at least in the early years).

Doesn't matter the afresa blog was cut, as gurufocus published the same piece (link above). I had to chuckle at joeypotsandpans comment, especially about Klayman's "love" for the president. Someday, I'd really like to discuss the sense of entitlement inherent in what is commonly referred to as "Chicago Politics", but this forum is not the place for politics, other than to say that politics is involved in FDA, SEC, FTC and other agencies that affect biotech companies.
I did forward a letter to Klayman, illustrating the amount of $$$ at stake if this disruptive diabetes treatment known as Afrezza achieves its potential in the marketplace. It would make the $$$ involved in the JNJ drug seem insignificant and I included several links.
I also pointed out that throwing out a name like Martin Shkreli, who injected himself (and his hedge fund) into the process for several FDA reviews (including Afrezza) during Commissioner Hamburg's watch, may get some traction. I suggested that he subpoena the evidence gathered by the FBI in the recent search warrant served against Martin Shkreli. If the FBI obtained Shkreli's cellphone/email contacts, and they directly link Shkreli to the FDA or Renaissance Technologies (the fund controlled by former FDA commissioner Hamburg's husband) it could enlarge the scandal substantially.
Wishful thinking... but I did wish him success in his effort against Margaret Hamburg.

Klayman == Klass: "In 1998, Klayman sued his mother for $50,000, seeking reimbursement for medical care provided to his maternal grandmother."

The guy seems rather fringe to me. From the main page of his website: " "Larry Klayman Sues to Halt Iran Nuclear Treaty for "Unconstitutional" Ratification
"Now the ACLU gets sued for a change"
Banner for "Citizen's Grand Jury" and "Reclaim America Now"
Multiple confusing RICO complaints against Hillary Clinton
Basically suing anything that moves in government.

A bit of a nut job for sure. No one, especially the SEC, is going to take this guy seriously. Not sure we should be appealing to him for any help. He could hurt MNKD even further... If that is possible.

Not the ideal person to try to push a case regarding FDA mistreatment of AFrezza because he is all too easily painted as simply engaging in political witch hunts... regardless of any merits, he is simply so partisan as to make that an argument that would resonate with anyone that is opposite politically as well as a lot of the center that hates partisanship.
Though I think unlikely anyone else would try to do anything regarding FDA's actions on Afrezza... so might as well be him. But I can almost Guarantee a major part of Hamburg's defense will be shouting "partisan witch hunt".
